Op zaterdag 1 december a.s. zal het 25e Gebruikerstoernooi plaatsvinden in het Denksportcentum te Leiden.Inschrijven is mogelijk via csvn.gebruikers@csvnsupplementsite.nl  of riesvanleeuwen@gmail.com Deelname is gratis en de zaal is open om 10:30 uur.Er worden vijf ronden gespeeld van een half uur per partij per computer. Voor Ries zal dit het laatste toernooi zijn. Mocht de CSVN besluiten door te gaan dan zal Luuk Hofman mijn opvolger zijn.

Vandaag wordt ook weer het Gebruikerstoernooi gespeeld. Met meer deelnemers dan in het programmeurstoernooi. De maximale elo sterkte van de schaakcomputers die meespelen is 2000. Gezien de uitloop in de tijd, de vergadering duurde onder andere wat langer, zullen er vandaag maar vier ronden worden gespeeld.

De eerste ronde indeling is: Pandix – The King 1/2 Critter – Redqueen 1-0 Spartacus – Rybka 0-1 Spark – Pro Deo 1-0

De CSVN organiseert voor de 12e keer het Internationale CSVN Toernooi (ICT). Plaats van handeling is wederom het “Leids Denksportcentrum”, Robijnstraat 4, 2332 KE Leiden. Er zijn twee toernooien: het Programmeurstoernooi en het Gebruikerstoernooi.

Het 12e Internationale CSVN Toernooi zal worden gehouden in het weekend van 12 en 13 mei 2012 in het Densportcentrum in Leiden. Naast het ICT zal zoals altijd ook een Gebruikerstoernooi worden georganiseerd. Op de zaterdagmiddag zal ook de jaarlijks Algemene Ledenvergadering worden gehouden.

Het programma Pandix van de Hongaar Gyula Horvath heeft het 30ste ONK computerschaak overtuigend gewonnen. In een round-robin toernooi met acht deelnemers liet het zelfs geen half puntje liggen.
