After 7 rounds of battles on the chess boards, Jonny (by Johannes Zwanzger) wins the 47th programmer tournament with no draws, no losses but 7 wins! Second place is for Hannibal and third place for Shredder. The results and final ranking can be found in the PT47 menu item (which will stay on there for some time). All games can be dowloaded from our download section.
Round 7 has started. Jonny is already the winner of the tournament, leading with 6 out of 6. Hannibal and Shredder follow with respectively 4,5 and 4 out 6. Games will be available in the download section. Live is running, although we have some internet issues here.
Live boards are working again! Jonny is still a point loose from the followers with 5 out of 5. Hannibal is second with 4 out of 5 and Shredder third with 3.5 out of 5.
Round 5 is about to start. Jonny is leading the tournament with 4 out of 4. Followed by Dirty and Hannibal with 3 out 4. QueenBee is hanging with no points at the bottom of the list. Pairing, results and ranking can be found in the menu via PT47. It seems the live broadcast has been broken for the moment. Games will be uploaded as soon as possible.
The fourth round of the tournament is on the go. All participants were on time. No traffic jams, only highway exits that were closed. But did not lead to late arrivals. Live games are on (Live in the menu) and standings and pairings are under PT47 in the menu.

The third round has been started. Effectively the late start today did not result in extra late starting of the last rounds today. The pairing and ranking can be found on the menu, the live games can be found there also. The PGN of the previous rounds can be downloaded from the download section. The first round of PT47 has started. Unfortunately Stefan Meyer-Kahlen is ill and we do have Hans van der Zijden available for operating Shredder. Pairing info can be found in the menu under PT47. Live boards do not yet work! They were in the traffic jam and have to be set up properly now. The next round they will work!
The first round will start a little later than planned. As there is a traffic jam around Leiden, several participants are later. Also our DGT boards are in that traffic jam, so probably the first round will be without live games. Unfortunately.
Door een ongeval op de A4 start alles vandaag later! De speelzaal is nog leeg, maar langzaam druppelt iedereen binnen. Met 8 computers aanwezig, zal alvast worden gestart. De organisatie gaat kijken hoe dit later vandaag op te lossen voor de gebruikers.
